Krups is the best – here's hoping for some caffeination coming my way!. What a beautiful coffeemaker! My favorite coffeemaker of all time was the simple white Krups of 20 years ago–no bells and whistles, just an on/off switch and good coffee. I was scrolling through my google reader and just stopped dead on the picture of this coffee maker. I didnt even know it was giveaway until after I drooled for a few minutes. I'm making coffee in a tea pot without a lid, using a strainer!! Company coming next month- I need a real coffee maker. This is gorgeous!. Seeing as my coffee maker is from 10 years ago and I just know it's going to die any day now I am hoping the Powers of Random Prize Pickers actually smile down upon me for this one!. We haven't seen this new line of appliances in person, so we're judging them solely on aesthetics here (not functionality). But from the photos we've seen, they look like little countertop stunners. There's a toaster, an espresso machine, a juicer and a kettle. They're all sleek and chrome-ified, with elements of natural wood worked into their design. The trouble with shiny objects is that you have to keep them shiny. Every fingerprint and every speck of dust is an enemy. That makes them a lifestyle involving lots of elbow grease to ward off the finger grease. ooh boy. yes shiny, yes would clean fingerprints and specks of dust daily, will take for walks, feed and love. too bad i just bought a new toaster last week. I recently bought the Krups Silver Art tea kettle and it looks beautiful! Works really well and I'm very happy with it. My new favorite kitchen addition. That is true that you must keep always maintain and keep the appliances clean in order for them to look shiny BUT it is worth it! I always loved the stainless steal look and I am especially fond of the Krups brand. They are easy to clean and even though they may be a bit expensive, they are a good product. Another great thing about owning a Krups product is that there are places that specialize in making krups parts so you don't have to buy a new appliance. I was about to add this coffee maker (excuse me: espresso maker) to the Luddite gift guide but instead I felt it deserved special mention. As a fan of pod-based coffee-makers, I love almost everything about the EA82 Acer Aspire One Happy-2D To choose my favorite records of 2011 influenced factors such as number of times I heard certain disc, the expectation was to see a particular band, the musical quality in sound and technique, continuity, cohesion, impact and no addition to aspects that could be attributed. But beyond a qualitative parameter that may be mentioned, just a disc comes to you, you feel it, enjoy it and there it will be remembered .. That is essential. Following is the alphabetical list of my favorite records of 2011, as well as some comments about my opinion the best theme, this playlist is awesome. Battles – Gloss Drop, outside the usual standards even metalheads, was a surprise to find this group and the end of that is music. Africastle goes far beyond that great item!. Blut aus Nord – 777 – Sect (s), the first part of 777 released in early 2011 showed why these French do what they do. In a frantic chaos, there are passages that are very intense. Epitome, Pt 2. Forgotten Tomb – Under Saturn Retrograde, these Italians left me a very good impression, clean vocals and melodic riffs as well guttural accurate. Joyless. Lifelover – Sjukdom, I consider myself a fan of Lifelover and this is a great album to close his discography, prior to the death of B. Karma. Machine Head – Into the Locust, definitely my favorite album of the band. Powerful and straightforward. Looking forward to seeing them this year. Darkness Within. Septicflesh – The Great Mass, unplanned saw Septic Flesh at a concert and I was very surprised, especially when you hear this record. Rising. Shining – VII: Förlorar Fodde, as controversial as it may be a band, it is important inspirations as plasma through music. This album is darkly beautiful. FFF. Ulver – War of the Roses, one of the best concerts of my life, incredible musicians and performance, totally unpredictable, the better!. Listening to this album in its entirety and in vivo, was simply amazing. England. Wolves in the Throne Room – Celestial Lineage, great album that reflects tangibly musical inspirations and plasmables still live. It's quite an experience to see this band. Magus Thuja Imperium, perfect item to introduce. A Storm of Light – As The Valley Of Death Becomes Us, Our Silver Memories Fade. An album full of soft, dense melodies, clean vocals and heartbreaking, a very well decorated. Mastodon – The Hunter. With interesting songs, each album Mastodon is on a different direction, that is what makes this band and follow my expectation grows even more to see them live. Onslaught – Sounds of Violance. So this disc had not paid much attention to this English group, a true thrash album with updated sound. Primordial – Redemption At The Puritans Hand. Quite an experience to see these Irish have a great presence on stage, with its charismatic frontman AA Nemtheanga and the great musicians that accompany it. Thulcandra – Under A Frozen Sun, from Munich with a record that returns that sound black / death a few years ago was lost after the disappearance of a great band. A very well done album. Vader – Welcome to the Morbid Reich, without doubt one of the best albums of these Poles. Technical, fast and ready for a memorable headbanging, I'll be waiting!. Another year was plagued with a lot of good music, I'm still listening to several albums that perhaps having heard it before certainly would be in this list. But I'm very happy, if only long reach to hear more .. suddenly and begins another year with new surprises. 40 Watt Sun
